  • Contact you to arrange an inspection or follow up on your enquiry

4. Where Your Information Is Stored

Quote request data submitted through this website is stored securely on servers located in Australia (Supabase, ap-southeast-2 region). Photos uploaded with your request are stored in a private, access-controlled storage service. Only authorised Feher Painting staff can access this information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose your information only where:

  • You have given consent
  • It is required or authorised by law
  • It is necessary to provide the service you have requested (e.g. a subcontractor engaged on your job, with your knowledge)

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Quote enquiries that do not proceed to a job are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If you proceed with a job, records related to that engagement are retained for 7 years for accounting and warranty purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date information
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
